It's paw-ty time for canines everyone when Pooch-A-Palooza H20 comes to town. It’s held at the Portland Aquatic Center and for this day only—it’s DOGS ONLY in the pool. A swimsuit competition and special doggie concessions are part of the fun. Registration is required, along with a current vaccination record.
