Program Overview

Aquacise, taught by U.S. Water Fitness Association-Certified Instructor Kristi Prince, provides a high-intensity water workout. The program focuses on cardio conditioning and strengthen all major muscle groups. Build and strengthen your body in a fun and challenging class. Exercises are performed in five or more feet of water and goggles are required. Classes begin June1, 2011. A minimum of five participants is required for the class.

  • Cost: $5 for a daily pass or $40 for a 10-visit punch card
